Bliss of Earth Original Kiln Fired Black Salt Kala Namak Powder is made using the traditional process of firing raw sambhar salt in a kiln for up to 24 hours. The salt is sealed inside a ceramic jar with charcoal along with various herbs like amla, behera and babul bark. Sealing the jar with medicinal herbs imbues the salt with therapeutic properties. The ingredients melt because of a chemical reaction, the salt is then cooled, stored and aged before it becomes fit for consumption.
